Refund policy

All items purchased from Sober Intent are final sale. Due to the limited nature of our drops, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item. Please review the sizing chart on each product page before placing your order, as customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

Returns or replacements are only considered if an item arrives defective or damaged. If you receive a defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review. Sober Intent reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies as defective.

If a return is approved, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, odor, washing, or alteration will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout. Sober Intent is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, orders enter processing and cannot be modified or cancelled.

By completing a purchase, customers agree to contact Sober Intent before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed using order confirmation, shipping confirmation, delivery tracking, and payment verification records.
