Shipping policy

Orders placed with Sober Intent may contain premade items or preorder items. Processing and shipping times vary depending on the product type, so please review product descriptions before placing your order.

Premade items are products that are already produced and ready to ship. These orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Preorder items are products that are produced after the drop closes. By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge that production time is required before shipping. Preorder items typically ship within 2-4 weeks, though timelines may vary depending on production and logistics.

If your order contains both preorder and premade items, the entire order may be held and shipped together once the preorder item is ready. Customers who would like items shipped separately should place separate orders.

Once an order has been shipped, Sober Intent is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages marked as delivered. Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and contacting the shipping carrier if delivery issues arise.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. Sober Intent is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping timelines provided are estimates and not guarantees. Production delays, high order volume, or shipping carrier delays may extend delivery times.
